This is Amendment No. 0001 to Solicitation P17PS01204, issued for the purpose of incorporating revised Terms and Conditions (changes to Sections B, J and L), revised Specifications, and to add the Site Visit Notes (from the pre-bid site walk that occurred on 6/207/17). Changes to the terms/conditions and specifications are summarized as follows: (1) The Price Schedule in Section B is updated to show that line items 3, 4, and 5 are now changed to being optional line items A, B, and C. (2) Section J is revised to include an updated list of all attachments to the solicitation. (3) Section L is revised to add a reminder for contractors to check the box of paragraph (b)(1) of clause 52.204-08 in Section K and include that page with submitted quote. (4) Specifications is revised to show the work of the basic requirement and the optional work (described on page 3 of Attachment no. 9). Standard Form 30 (SF-30), Amendment of Solicitation, is added in FedConnect under Amendment 0001, along with the revised terms/conditions as Attachment no. 8, revised Specifications as Attachment no. 9, and Site Visit Notes as Attachment no. 10. NOTE: New Attachment no. 8 (revised terms/conditions) replaces previous Attachment no. 3, and new Attachment no. 9 (revised specifications) replaces previous Attachment no. 4. At this time the response date for when quotes are due is not changed. It is the responsibility of the offerors to monitor the FBO and FedConnect websites to download all amendments and attachments which may also be issued against the solicitation prior to the solicitation's closing date. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to Phaedra_Fuller@nps.gov. Interested parties are urged to check for amendments. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
