STEEL KIOSK FABRICATION - BLM Utah Modification one (1) changes the ending date (delivery date) from 9/30/2017 to 10/31/2017 to allow adequate time to perform the fabrication. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) - Utah seeks a contractor to fabricate eleven (11) steel kiosks - five (5) two(2) sided steel kiosks and six (6) four(4) sided steel kiosks. The specifications are an attached file. The contractor is expected to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment to fabricate and deliver the steel kiosks. This competition is being conducted under NAICS code 332999 All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing. To be a small business under this code a company must have seven hundred fifty (750) employees or less working under this category. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business under NAICS code 332999. The contractor will be selected by means of lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). Technically acceptable means meeting the specifications (attached file). Whether or not a quote is or is not technically acceptable is the sole decision of the BLM - Utah.
