The BLM New Mexico Las Cruces District Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotation on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for IP Video Management Standalone Surveillance Systems. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental US), which means the seller must deliver the goods on it conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at specified destination.
