NM030-REC SECURITY CAMERAS AND ACC. This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is L17PS00973 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ), with an open date of August 3, 2017 and a close date of August 18, 2017. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This requirement is a small business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. The BLM New Mexico Las Cruces District Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotation on a competitive basis from qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for IP Video Management Standalone Surveillance Systems. Offerors are encouraged to periodically check for amendments and other changes to solicitation L17PS00973. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental US), which means the seller must deliver the goods on it conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at specified destination. The following commercial item FAR provisions and clauses are applicable, which are incorporated by reference: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5. The resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). To be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines, offeror must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov .
