Sources Sought Notice is amended as follows: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed-price supply purchase order for an estimated 194 annual transportation passes for local transit (bus and light rail) in the Portland, Oregon Metro Area within the counties of Multnomah, Clackamas, and Washington as a sole source to Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon, aka TriMet, 4012 SE 17th Avenue MK2, Portland, Oregon 97202 as the only responsible source. The annual passes shall be valid for the period of September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2018. The NAICS code is 485111 and the small business size standard is $15 million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by August 11, 2017 at 3:00PM PST in order to be considered. Email responses to helloso@blm.gov with the subject line entitled ¿L17PS00949.¿
