Description 

Synopsis: This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm-fixed price construction contract for the Gerber-Mainhaul Quarry Development that will involve clearing and grubbing, removing and stockpiling overburden, any necessary exploratory testing, developing the Quarry, and production of Surface Course Aggregate located within the vicinity of the Lakeview district, Klamath Falls Resource Area. The magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The performance period is from September 18, 2017 through September 28, 2018. The NAICS code is 212319 and the small business size standard 500 employees. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-4 The solicitation will be issued on or about August 2, 2017. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
