Description 

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) F17PS01495 Amendment 0001 to update attachments. The work shall consist of labor, equipment, supplies and materials to construct a porch canopy on an existing building, including concrete footings, wood posts, beams, joists and decking, PVC roofing and tapered insulation, electrical conduit, wiring, and lighting, a cistern rainwater collection system, pumped landscape irrigation system, and other items as described in the drawings and specifications. The work is to be performed at Sevilleta National Wildlife Refuge near Socorro, New Mexico 87801. This RFP is advertised as a Total Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238190 ¿ Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Exterior Contractors with a Small Business size standard of $15 Million. The magnitude of this project is between $50,000 and $100,000.
