This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, OR has a requirement for Irrigation Services located at Sonny Bono Salton Sea NWR, California. The anticipated performance period is from 9/1/2017 through 8/31/2022. The performance period includes a one-year Base period and 4 one-year option periods (if exercised). This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is UNRESTRICTED and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. Instructions: All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with FAR provision 52.212-2 - Evaluation -- Commercial Items.
