Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source - The Fish and Wildlife Service hereby gives notice of their intent to award a sole source contract order to Oquawka Boats and Fabrications Inc. for one (1) jet drive dive boat, 150 HP engine and trailer to be delivered to Missouri Field Office, Columbia, MO. Authority cited: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source reasonably available that will satisfy Agency requirements. The proposed action will result in a firm fixed price purchase. The NAICS code is 336612, Boat Builders, with a Size Standard of 1000 Employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and unique capabilities to respond to this requirement by submitting a Capabilities Statement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct competitive procurements in successive years. FAX submissions and oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Written responses shall provide evidence that the Offeror can provide all of the requirements.
