THIS IS A NOTICE TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. NOTICE OF INTENT The National Park Service Independence National Historical Park (INDE), Philadelphia, PA intends to award a noncompetitive contract to LRP Publications, Inc., Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to provide a one-year renewal of Manager Advantage. The park uses Manager Advantage, which is used to breakdown the complexities of Federal civil service law. LRP Publication has developed and copyrighted Manager Advantage. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519130, Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals. Responsible sources may submit a technical capability statement along with business profile or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency to Contract Specialist, Tomica Cooper at tomica_cooper@nps.gov by 1:00 PM EST, September 14, 2018, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or compete the requirement based on information received.
