Opportunity: Contractor owned Government operated (COGO) Unmann

Description 

***Please See Attachment*** The Government is evaluating the use of contractor owned government operated (COGO) unmanned aircraft systems to support wildland fire, Search and Rescue (SAR) and other resource missions. The UAS would be 300 pounds or less and must be runway independent (VTOL or Assisted Launch). The UAS must be capable of day and night operations at high density altitude. The UAS should be equipped with EO/IR Stabilized Gimbal and have the ability to interchange with a mapping payload. The government is asking for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for leasing of these aircraft for a six-month period, inclusive of the training costs required to train the government pilots on the use of the system. Pricing should include at a minimum one spare aircraft. Any ROM pricing is for market research purposes only. The Government is not requesting a quote or proposal. Only pricing for a ROM should be included in any response.
