Description: The purpose of this Amendment no. 1 is to add place of performance information for the work outlined in this Request for Information. Place of performance information is as follows: Because the primary work is to provide a web-based subscription, all work may take place remotely with the exception of the annual 3-day workshop described in line 00030, below. The location of the annual workshop shall be determined in cooperation with the users and shall occur in any of the following states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Montana. The due date for submission of company information remains unchanged. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit their company information, including company name, DUNS#, and experience providing the services outlined in this notice no later than August 2, 2018, at 3 pm EST. Submit your company's information via email to: Anita.MacAuley@bia.gov with the subject line "Forestry Inventory Software 0040371709" in the subject line of the email. The Government will consider all responses received and submitted by the due date. The responses received will be used to make a determination for procurement method. The below is a summary of the requirement. line 00010 qty. 1 Annual subscription to Forestry Management Software license. The software must be a fully integrated stand-based inventory, GIS, silviculture growth and planning system for in-place management of natural resources for timber, watershed, cultural, wildlife or recreation. The software must be capable of providing Forest Research Planning information and calibration and verification of tree taper, volume, site and growth of forest trees and stands for 30 tree species across states in the west and two Canadian provinces.
