Detention Services for Office of Justice Services - Puyallup, Washington and/or Wellpinit, Washington THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Northwest Regional Office, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide safe, secure detention services for adult individuals who have been arraigned and are awaiting transport, serving sentences and /or awaiting release from custody as a result of having been arrested, or convicted of tribal violations occurring in Indian Country within the Bureau of Indian Affairs Office of Justice Services' jurisdiction of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana. These services shall be provided in the state of Washington, in or near Puyallup, Washington or Wellpinit, Washington and in accordance with all state, local and Federal laws. The inmates must have access to routine medical services on an as-needed basis and the facility must maintain demonstrate established protocols for accessing both routine and emergency medical care when required.
