The software must be a fully integrated stand-based inventory, GIS, silviculture growth and planning system for in-place management of natural resources for timber, watershed, cultural, wildlife or recreation. The software must be capable of providing Forest Research Planning information and calibration and verification of tree taper, volume, site and growth of forest trees and stands for 30 tree species across states in the west and two Canadian provinces.
