PROJECT TITLE: OTOE MISSOURIA MULTIPLE ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS DESCRIPTION: Contractor to provide all labor, materials and incidental costs associated with the installation of a parking lot. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Plans/Specifications, contract terms and conditions and the Construction Wage Rate Requirements. PROJECT LOCATION: Otoe Missouria Tribe of Oklahoma; Red Rock, Oklahoma, Noble County. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Plans/Specifications 2. Bid Schedule 3. Wage Rates 4. SF-24 Bid Bond Form 5. IEE Representation 6. TERO Ordinance MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: As required under FAR Part 36.204, Project Magnitude is between $250,000 - $500,000 SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: This procurement is being set-aside exclusively for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) as defined under the Buy Indian Regulations 48 CFR PART 1480. For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a size standard of $36.5mil. TERO: The Otoe Missouria Tribe of Oklahoma does have a Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance. Therefore, Contractor will be required to comply with the Ordinance and any applicable taxes, copy attached. SITE VISIT: See FAR Clause 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) for contact information. A formal Site Visit is not planned. Potential bidders are encouraged to visit the site. If clarification questions arise based on the site visit, those should be put in writing and emailed to the Contracting Officer. BID: Bid to include the Bid Schedule along with the completed SF-1442. Bid can be submitted by mail or by email. Bid Bond can be provided by email also, but original will need to be mailed at the same time. Those submitted by mail need to be in a sealed envelope with the project name, solicitation number and bid date and time written in the bottom right hand corner of the envelope.
