This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The following provisions/clauses are applicable to this acquisition.
The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, ability to meet the needs of the Government, price, and delivery considered.
The offeror must either have a completed profile at the web site https://www.sam.gov or include with the offer a completed copy the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), which is the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
