The purpose of this Amendment is to include the Wage Rates and Performance Work Statement, dated August 16, 2018. Quote Due Date remains the same at September 17, 2018 at 5:00 PM MT. The Bureau of Reclamation, anticipates awarding a Purchase Order for copier maintenance and repair on four Kyocera MFPs at the following locations: 304 East Broadway, Bismarck, ND 58501 (2 MFPs) 515 9th Street, Room 101, Rapid City, SD 57701 (1 MFP) 810 West 5th Street, Pierre, SD 57501 (1 MFP) The requirement is MFP maintenance for four (4) MFPs located throughout North and South Dakota at the addresses listed above. The contractor shall provide full preventative maintenance services, remedial repairs, and service calls necessary to maintain the equipment condition that meets or exceeds industry standards. The Period of Performance for this work will be October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019. This will be a Base Year, plus four option years, fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811212 and the small business size standard is $27.5 million. This procurement is being advertised as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Solicitation 140R60-18-Q0075 is tentatively scheduled to be available on or about August 24, 2018 at "https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect and https//ww.fbo.gov¿.
