The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to Requests for Information, below. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 1. The roadway needs to be watered prior to application. Who is responsible for that service? Watering the roadway prior to application will be the responsibility of the Contractor. 2. What needs to be submitted for the bid, and how do you want it bid by the foot or total cost? Your bid should be based on each Road. END OF AMENDMENT Requests for information will be submitted in writing to Senthia Bruns, Contracting Officer via e-mail at sbruns@usbr.gov NO LATER THAN Friday, May 18, 2018, 12:00 PM (MST). Answers to all questions received will be included in an amendment to the solicitation.
