This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is issued a request for quotations (RFQ). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 issued 1/13/2017. This requirement is listed under NAICS 333120 and is not set-aside. The item required under this solicitation is: ¿ Excavator screening bucket, equivalent to Steel Wrist SB25 with teeth (Part Number 603007), with the following characteristics: - Compatible with Werk-Brau Co. spring loaded hydraulic coupler (model SLHYDQC4) on a Hyundai 380 LC-9 excavator; this can be a custom adapter. - Minimum of 1.5 cubic yards volume capacity. - Minimum screen size of 1.18 inches (30 mm). - Adjustable screen size up to 12 inches or greater. - Screening function controlled by hydraulics. - Quick connect hydraulic lines. - Ability to screen wide range of materials including wet material and large rocks. - Digging teeth on bucket. - Use screening bars, not mesh, with minimum bar diameter of 1.18 inches (30 mm). ¿ Install on excavator with all necessary fittings and hoses. Verify operation and functionality. Delivery: ¿ Vendor to haul excavator from delivery address mentioned below to vendor¿s shop to install bucket. Deliver to Mesa County Road and Bridge Shop located at 15620 57 ½ Rd. Collbran, Colorado. Excavator screening bucket $ _______________ Item shall be delivered by April 30, 2018.
