Metal Building Erection Project Title: Metal Building Erection Project Solicitation Number 140R2018B0016 The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue an Invitation For Bids (IFB) for a firm fixed price construction contract for erection of a metal building structure at Folsom Dam. This procurement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns only. The work is located at Folsom Dam on the American River approximately 2 miles north of Folsom, California, in Sacramento County. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the related small business size standard is $36.5M. The principal components of work are as follows: A. Perform site work B. Install reinforced concrete footings C. Place and compact gravel surfacing D. Erect 2 Government furnished metal structures The estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement will require 100% performance and payment bonds. Solicitation 140R2018B0016 will be posted at www.fbo.gov on or around July 20, 2018. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is August 22, 2018.
