Opportunity: SQUAW CREEK STREAM GAUGE

The Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest District 9 has a requirement to administer the tasks associated with operations and maintenance of the stream gauge on the Payette River basin and its tributary near Sweet, Idaho. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541990 and the size standard is $16.5 million. The work consists of flow measurements, sensor calibration, site maintenance, and streamflow records on existing equipment. The Government intends to procure specialized services on a single-source basis, in accordance with 41.U.S.C.1901 as implemented by FAR 13.501, Only One Responsible using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The entity to which the Government intends to award is Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR). Reclamation intends to award one firm fixed-price contract. The initial period of performance (base year) shall be approximately March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021, with four 1-year options with an end period of performance of February 28, 2025.
