PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT SEQUOIA AND KINGS CANYON NATIONAL PARKS SUPPLY CFT LEGUMINE RFQ No. 140P8618Q0047 The National Park Service (NPS), Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, located in Tulare County, California, has a requirement CFT Legumine. The Vendor shall supply and deliver 240 5-gallon pails of CFT Legumine to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, 47050 Generals Highway, Three Rivers, CA 93271 This procurement is set-aside for Total Small Business concerns only. All responsible sources with Small Business status may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325320; the small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price contract. Award selection shall be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price. Award is subject to the availability of funding at the time of award. The RFQ will be available via electronic commerce only and may be accessed on or about August 1, 2018 at either FBO: http://www.fbo.gov or FedConnect: http://www.fedconnect.net. The due date for quotes will be 15 days after the date of issuance of the RFQ. However, this may be extended at the discretion of the Government.
