This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE The National Park Service, Pacific Regions 8, 9, 10, 12, San Francisco/Seattle Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to issue a Request For Proposal for a firm-fixed price construction contract to Replace Deteriorated Natural Pave Walkways and Roadways at John Muir National Historic Site, Martinez, California. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period is from 8/01/2020 through 12/21/2020. The NAICS code is 237310 and the small business size standard $39.5 Million. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-5. The solicitation will be issued on or about 6/25/2020. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
