This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Proposals to replace the Keller Ferry Marina Dock System at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area, WA. This amendment is necessary to announce the following:
(1) The response date for when proposals are due is changed to January 11, 2018.
(2) The Standard Form 30, Amendment 0002, is now included as Attachment no. 14.
(3) The solicitation terms/conditions (terms, provisions, clauses) is revised, and included as Attachment no. 15. The revised version shall supersede the previous version that was Attachment no. 3 dated 11/22/17. Within this document, the following sections are changed: Section B.1 (price schedule updated to include three optional line items), Section C (list of project docs updated), Section J (list of solicitation attachments updated), and a reminder was added to Section L.4, Part III.
(4) The Scope of Work is revised, and included as Attachment no. 16. The revised version shall supersede the previous version that was Attachment no. 5 dated October 2017. Specifically, Section 2.1.3, Definition of Line Items, is updated to include optional line item definitions.
(5) The pre-proposal Site Visit Notes that includes Q&A, is included as Attachment no. 17.
(6) Photos taken during the pre-proposal site visit are included as Attachment no. 18.
(7) The General Site Map is replaced, and the newest version is included as Attachment no. 19, which shall supersede the original version that was Attachment no. 7.
(8) Boat Launch plans are included as Attachment no. 20.
REMINDER HOW TO FIND THE ATTACHMENTS. All attachments can be accessed by clicking the link below which will redirect you to FedConnect. If clicking the link below does not take you directly to the solicitation overview page in FedConnect, but instead takes you to the FedConnect Home Page, then please follow these instructions for how to find the attachments: At the FedConnect home page, click "Search Public Opportunities Only." Next screen, under Search Criteria, change the drop-down menu selection to read "Reference Number," then type in solicitation number 140P8318R0003 and click "search." Next screen, click the underlined text that is the title of the solicitation, shown as "Replace Keller Ferry Marina Dock System, LARO." Next screen is the overview screen. On the right-hand side, is the list of attachments. The attachments must be opened individually, and can be downloaded and saved or printed.
