Description 

This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Proposals to rehabilitate the Barnes Point Water System at the Lake Crescent area, Olympic National Park, WA. This amendment no. 0007 is necessary to extend the response date, make available the revised and final versions of the "READ ME FIRST" document, the "Terms & Conditions" document, and Drawings "E-2" and "E-3," and to include additional "Q and A" received after Amendment 0006. (1) The response date for when proposals are due is extended. The response date is changed from 5pm (PST) on 2/28/18, to 4:30pm (PST) on 3/6/18. (2) The Standard Form 30 (SF-30) for this Amendment no. 0007 is added to the solicitation as Attachment no. 28. (3) The document titled "READ ME FIRST" is revised to update the period of performance information. The revised version is included as Attachment 29 dated 2/27/18. Attachment 29 shall fully replace the previous version that was Attachment no. 19. (4) The "Terms & Conditions" document is revised to update Sections C and J. The revised version is included as Attachment no. 30 dated 2/27/18. Attachment no. 30 shall fully replace the previous version that was Attachment no. 20 dated 2/14/18. (5) Additional Q&A is added to the solicitation as Attachment no. 31, for questions received after Amendment 0006 was posted. (6) The original set of drawings included as Attachment 6 was fully replaced by Attachment 15 at time of Amendment 0004. Amendment 0006 replaced drawings numbered as C-8, C-10, E-2, and E-3. Revised drawings E-2 and E-3 were further revised, and the final revision for both drawings is included in this Amendment 0007 as Attachment 32. REMINDER HOW TO FIND THE ATTACHMENTS.
