HSTR - FY2018 GEORGE WALLACE GARAGE The National Park Service, Midwest Region Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), is requesting proposals for the material, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to re-shingle and repair and or replace damaged siding and painting of the Historic George Wallace Garage at Harry S Truman National Historic Site, Independence, Missouri. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price. NAICS 236118 (Residential Remodelers).The small business standard is $36.5M. In accordance with FAR 36.204(b) the Project Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Contract Period of Performance: Estimated at 30 days SITE VISIT: A site visit prior to proposal submission is strongly encouraged. A site visit can be scheduled by contacting Adam Kircher, adam_kircher@nps.gov. All questions shall be submitted electronically to adam_kircher@nps.gov no later than 2:00PM CST, May 22, 2018. All questions will be answered in one amendment to the solicitation. Proposals shall be received no later than 2:00 PM, CST, May 25, 2018. Proposals shall be emailed to adam_kircher@nps.gov, hardcopies will not be accepted. The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act: General Decision Number: MO180063 02/02/2018 M063 Superseded General Decision Number: MO20170063 State: Missouri Construction Type: Residential Counties: Jackson County in Missouri. The Government will award one (1) firm-fixed price contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be the best value to the Government. REQUIRED BONDS: No bonds will be required. In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
