Solicitation 140P6018Q0045 HOME - Replace Roof on Quarters 6 The work consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 1286 square feet of asphalt shingles at Homestead National Monument of America, Beatrice, Nebraska This requirement is 100% Small Business Set Aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6 and 15 U.S.C. 644. CONTRACTING POC: Adam Kircher, adam_kircher@nps.gov GENERAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. NAICS code: 238160, Roofing Contractors. SITE VISIT: All interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend a site visit. Please see solicitation provision FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit, for additional information. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: 10 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. REQUIRED BONDS: No bonds will be required. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm-Fixed Price REQUIRED SUBMISSION DOCUMENTS: 1. Completed CLIN Schedule 2. Itemized breakdown for each CLIN to include labor hours, material, overhead, and profit. 3. See Section L for Technical Capability and Past Performance requirements. Be advised that this requirement may be delayed, canceled, or revised at any time during the process based on decisions related to the Department of the Interior (DOI) and National Park Service (NPS) changes.
