IGF::CL::IGF X:NOGRN, Macroinvert Sampling, SACN Solicitation Number: 140P6018Q0022 Notice Type: Pre-solicitation Synopsis: Purpose: The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice to the public of the government's intent to sole source the award of a contract to Aquatic Biomonitoring laboratory at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for Macroinvert Sampling. Authority: DOI-NPS MWR MABO is issuing this notice in accordance with FAR Part 5.204 Pre-solicitation Notices. Description: Identify and index aquatic macroinvertebrate samples in order to compile baseline site inventories. In addition, continue building/develop a monitoring protocol using regional tolerance values, in order to assess habitat integrity within and across sites, parks and region. Place of Performance: St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. Sole Source/Competitive Acquisition: This will be a non-competitive sole source acquisition for: Aquatic Biomonitoring laboratory at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Contract Type: Blanket Purchase Agreement / Firm-Fixed-Price Period of Performance: The contract term is for five years from date of award or a maximum purchase amount of $35,000.00. Government-Furnished Property/Equipment: Equipment will not be provided by the Government. Expiration of this synopsis/notice: Close of business, 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, April 5, 2018.
