Solicitation special provision#01 require to submit detailed project design with the quote, please advise how or who will compensate contractor for associated design cost? A7a. Special Provision #01: Submit with Quote: is changed to read - - - The contractor's quote shall include time allotted for detailed project design of the ramp and layout of the path, along with a projected schedule. The schedule shall be based on the number of days after award. A7b. Statement of Work section Submittals is change to read - - - The contractor's quote shall include time allotted for detailed project design of the ramp and layout of the path, along with a projected schedule. The schedule shall be based on the number of days after award. After the award the contractor shall submit one PC compatible CD-ROM and 2 paper copies of the design. Any deviation from project drawings will be documented via as-built drawing mark-ups. A7c. Refer to clause "Expenses Related to Offers" found in Section H, Special Contract Requirements, of the RFQ. 2) The Quote due date and time remain unchanged: 2pm ET on Wednesday, July 25, 2018.
