Description 

Renovation of National Park Service, Northeast Region Office, Easton Building, 15 State St., Boston, MA. Work includes renovation of the first and second floors, including the following Base Work: (a) Removal of existing stairs from 2nd floor entrance lobby ad structural infll of the opening between the first and second floors; (b) Renovation of the main second floor entrance lobby with new stair and landing, an inclined stair lift, new separation partitions with doors and glazed openings; (c) Renovation of second floor service spaces, including new restrooms, pantry and storage room; (and d) Renovation of first floor service entrance and ramp, including reconfiguration of the ramp to meet accessibility code and a new glazed storefront enclosure. Option 1: Renovation of existing women's room to create new men's and women's rooms. Option 2: Replacement of carpet tiles throughout second floor open area (Conference 201).
