DEWA Identity Signs, Park Entrance Signs - Delaware Water Gap NRA, Bushkill, PA PROJECT DESCRIPTION: DEWA Identity Signs, Park Entrance Signs - Delaware Water Gap NRA, Bushkill, PA, Monroe County. The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to fabricate and install up to three (3) double sided stone base signs and up to eleven (11) Timber post assembly signs to perform the work included in the construction documents. The purpose of this contract is to fabricate and install up to 14 new entrance identity signs throughout the Park, along with minor site improvements such as finish grading and seeding. Signs will provide a visual queue of Park boundary at 14 different entry points into the Park. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This is a competitive total small business set-aside acquisition limited to small business firms. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration in accordance with these and other terms and conditions of the anticipated solicitation. BONDS: Required as stated in Block 12. Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of 100% of contract award amount. NAICS CODE: 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors with a small business size standard of $15M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is expected to be 300 calendar days from notice to proceed for the base work. SITE VISIT: See FAR 52.236-27 for additional information. WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon wage rates apply and are included as part of this solicitation package. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): The successful offeror must be registered in SAM and have current online Representations and Certifications. Please access http://www.sam.gov to update your records prior to submitting final offer. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING OFFER: Refer to Section L and M. The contractor agrees that they will follow the specifications provided. Offer may be provided electronically or direct to contracting office. A detailed breakdown of the offeror's proposal price (e.g., labor, materials, profit, overhead, and other pricing elements) may be requested by the Contracting Officer during the evaluation and pre-award process to support a fair market value award. The contractor is encouraged to be proactive and prepare details for submission when preparing lump sum offer information.
