National Park Service (NPS), Shenandoah National Park, VA. Request for Quote (RFQ) 140P4218Q0086 , for the demolition of maids cabins by means of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision for the complete demolition and removal of 5 buildings in the Big Meadows area of Shenandoah National Park. The buildings range in size from 200 square feet to 300 square feet and are wood frame construction on concrete block foundations per the specifications in this solicitation. This project is being solicited as Total small business set-aside. The solicitation, including all bid documents, will be posted to the websites, http://www.fedbizopps.gov and https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. To receive the solicitation package you must download it from one of the above sites. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the internet site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Contractors must be registered in SAM-System for Award Management-in order to receive contract awards.
