New River Gorge National River Portable Toilets. Work of this contract consists of portable toilet services at New River Gorge National River, WV. Contractor is required to provide all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, all supplementary or miscellaneous items, appurtenances and devices incidental to or necessary for successful completion of the Project. NAICS: The associated NAICS code is 562991 Septic Tank and Related Services with a small business size standard of $18.0-Size Standards in millions of dollars. Notice: This project is set aside 100% for small business concerns. WAGE RATES: Service Contract Act wage rates apply and are included as part of this solicitation package. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): The successful offeror must be registered in SAM and have current online Representations and Certifications.
