Opportunity: Abate and Demo the Tattersol Buildings at the Harp

The National Park Service intends to issue a solicitation for a construction requirement for the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, Harpers Ferry, WV Work will consist of ACM and Lead-based paint abatement and demolition of the Tattersol Buildings, located at the intersection of Rt. 340 and Union Street, Harpers Ferry, WV. Detailed specifications and related documents will be provided in the final solicitation package. The Solicitation No. is 140P3018R0011. Project Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. One (1) firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages Jefferson County, West Virginia will apply. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 with a size standard of $15.0 million. Competition will be restricted to small-business, set-aside. A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance.
