Opportunity: Kitchen Exhaust Replacement BICA

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor; providing the lowest price technically acceptable. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P1418Q0070. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. This requirement is set aside for total small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $15M. This Acquisition may result in a firm fixed price contract. The acquisition is in support of Big Horn Canyon National Recreational Area. A site visit is planned for May 8, 2018 at 10AM at the Horseshoe Bend Marina Building Kitchen. Please email Mary_Woodin@nps.gov if you will be attending the site visit.
