This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor; providing the lowest price technically acceptable. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P1418Q0066. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. This requirement is set aside for total small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310 and the small business size standard is $38.5 M. This Acquisition may result in a firm fixed price contract. The acquisition is in support of Yellowstone National Park. The contractor will work for Yellowstone National Park, Division of Administration and Partnerships, Youth Program Branch. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, supervision, and services to perform full food services for the Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) and other youth work programs, Yellowstone National Park, Mammoth, Wyoming 82190. All interested parties shall be registered in the System for Award Management or SAM prior to award. Offers must be submitted by no later than May 1st, 2018 by 11:00 AM Mountain Time.
