Amendment 0001 issued to 140P1418Q0031 for the following: 1) Dinosaur National Monument has determined that if the offeror does not have an ADA bus, the approved alternative is to have individuals requiring that service to drive their personal vehicle to the Quarry Parking Lot. ADA compliant vehicles are not mandatory to satisfy this requirement. 2) Note revisions to items in Volume One - Technical. 3) Extending the response date to April 17, 2018 at 11:00AM Mountain Time. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, January 24, 2018. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract, as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation, to the offeror providing the best value to the Government. NAICS code: 485113. Small business size standard: $15M. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the National Park Service (NPS). Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 to the lowest priced offer (base plus options) that meets the technical, relevant experience and past performance criteria. 1.
