NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Bureau of Land Management, Office of Law Enforcement and Security, intends to award a firm-fixed price sole-source purchase order to SIG Sauer for SIG parts, subject to availability of funding. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332510. This action is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 04/18/2018. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit, in writing, complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 04/18/2018 at 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
