Description: This project will be performed for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Cedar Pocket, Littlefield, AZ, County of Mohave on the National System of Federal Lands acquired and administered by the Arizona Strip Field Office within the BLM Arizona Strip District. Virgin River Recreation Site is located within Congressional District 4 of Arizona. The site is administered, managed and operated by the BLM Arizona Strip Field Office and is located approx. 20 miles south of Saint George, Utah. Scope of work for construction consists of a pavement crack seal approx. 11,300 LF, a Type II slurry approx. 26,398 SY and Fog seal approx. 6,943 SY on parking lot area, site roads and site trial. Total area is approx., 33,841 SY. The day use site will be closed during construction and the entrance and driveway gates will be locked. Contractor will verify the site survey. Waste disposal: Scope of work for construction consists of a pavement crack seal approx. 11,300 LF, a Type II slurry approx. 26,398 SY and Fog seal approx. 6,943 SY on parking lot area, site roads and site trial. Total area is approx., 33,841 SY. Permitting: Contractor will be required to comply with air quality, SWPPP, sanitary and traffic requirements, which may require permits.
