This Request For Quote (RFQ) is being conducted under NAICS code 339950 Sign Manufacturing under which a company must have five hundred (500) or less employees to be classified as a small business under this code. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business under NAICS code 339950. The method of source selection is lowest priced technically acceptable. Technically acceptable means equal to the products from Rockart Signs and Markers of Mesa, AZ as listed in the SOW. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have an active entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal contracting.
