The estimated cost of this construction work is under $25,000 and so no bonding is required. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business and it is being conducted under NAICS code 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors (fence installation) under which, to be a small business, a company must have $15 million dollars or less in average annual receipts in this category. This is a construction contract and hence the Davis Bacon Wage Rates and related matters apply.
