HANDHELD PORTABLE X-RAY FLUORESCENCE (XRF) UNIT FOR BLM WEST DESERT DISTRICT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Solicitation number 140L5718P0049 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. There is no set-aside used for this solicitation. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award.
