Modification One (1) posts the following Question (Q) / Answer (A): Q. Just a couple of questions...Do you want new or used containers? The 10's are going to have to be modified from a 20' container (cut in half), so you have options. Our new ones are not white, but an off white (beige color) We can paint new or used containers as well, if you want white white. A. Used containers is our preference due to price, and off white or beige will be fine CONEXs w/ Vents (Storage Sheds w/ Vents) - BLM Utah The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) State - Utah seeks a vendor to supply four CONEXs with Vents (Storage Sheds with Vents). The CONEXs (Storage Sheds) will ship to four different towns in Utah. The specifications along with the four different shipping locations are in the attached file that is titled "A04 SOW - Specifications CONEXs Utah BLM". This Request For Quote (RFQ) is being conducted under NAICS code 332311 Sheds (e.g., garden, storage, utility), prefabricated metal, manufacturing under which a company must have seven hundred fifty (750) or less employees to be classified as a small business under this code. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business under NAICS code 332311. The contractor will be selected by means of lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). Technically acceptable means meeting the technical specifications given in the attached file titled "A04 SOW - Specifications CONEXs Utah BLM". Whether or not a proposed product is or is not technically acceptable is the sole decision of the BLM. The terms and conditions are the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses of a commercial item in the dollar range of Simplified Acquisition Procedures - attached file titled "B08 Solicitation Clauses". All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have a current entry in the SAM computer system (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal government contracting.
