Weed Spraying - Eastern Beaver County, Utah - BLM The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) State-Utah seeks a contractor to perform weed spraying in Eastern Beaver County, Utah. The full details are in the Scope Of Work (SOW) documents which are in the attached files. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is being conducted under NAICS code 115310 Pest Control Services, Forestry under which a company must have $7.5 million dollars or less in sales in this code to be classified as a small business under this code. This procurement is a 100% total set aside for small business under NAICS code 115310. The contractor will be selected by means of lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). Technically acceptable means, but is not limited to, all Staff members have the appropriate qualifications and certifications required for weed spraying in the State of Utah and the company has the capability and capacity to perform the work. Whether or not a quote is or is not technically acceptable is the sole decision of the BLM. Quotes must be priced in price per acre. This is because the BLM may need to pare down the number of acres of service purchased due to the availability of funding. The BLM does not anticipate needing to do this and so this requirement is in as a ¿safety¿ for the BLM. The quoting contractor must furnish references with complete contact information. No more than three references are to be submitted. The terms and conditions are the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses of a service in the dollar range of Simplified Acquisition Procedures - attached file. This is a federal government service contract and hence the Service Contract Act wages are in effect. The current Service Contract Act wages and some additional information for Beaver County, Utah are in one of the attached files. All contractors wishing to do business with the federal government must have a current entry in the SAM computer systems (https://www.sam.gov) and not be debarred from federal government contracting.
