The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office is seeking responsible vendors to establish multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for firm fixed price commercial items supply for hay and grass to be conducted under FAR Part 13. The delivery location is Burns, Oregon. The performance period for the placement of purchase under the BPA will be from 5/1/2020 to 4/30/2025. The NAICS code is 311119 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. This opportunity is open to all businesses regardless of size.
