Opportunity: Temporary Utility Relocation Services

Description 

The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price construction requirement for temporary utility relocation services located within the vicinity of BLM¿s Northwest District area of responsibility as a single source to Wavedivision Holdings, LLC doing business as (DBA) Wave Broadband, 401 Kirkland Park PL Ste 500, Kirkland, WA 98033 as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b). Wavedivision Holdings, LLC DBA Wave Broadband owns the fiber option utility line in question and also have easement for the line and therefore, only Wave Broadband has the authority and is the only reasonable source to perform the relocation services required for the fiber optic line. The performance period is from the date of notice-to-proceed to 10/31/2019. The completion date is based on the assumption that the successful offeror will receive the notice to proceed by June 10, 2019. The NAICS code is 238910 and the small business size standard $15 Million. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
