Jackson County Law Enforcement, Medford District Office, Oregon The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price commercial items services contract for law enforcement services, located in Jackson County, Oregon, within the vicinity of the Medford district area of responsibility as a sole source to the County of Jackson as the only responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1. The Jackson County Sheriff¿s Office is the only responsible source with jurisdiction to enforce the civil and criminal laws of the State of Oregon and Jackson County on the public lands, waters, roads and trails administered by the BLM. The performance period is from October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2023. The NAICS code is 922120. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by September 22, 2018, in order to be considered.
