BLM SEED WAREHOUSE OFFICE REPAIRS - ELY DISTRICT Contractor furnishing all labor, materials (with exception of Government-furnished property), equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary to replace damaged piping, mechanical components, electrical components, insulation, and gypsum board located primarily in the warehouse office area at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Ely Regional Seed Warehouse in Ely, Nevada, including finishing the existing concrete office floors; and relocating an existing liquid propane gas (LPG) pipe in the warehouse. See attached Statement of Work and associated documents. The project area is located in White Pine County, NV. NAICS: 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, Size Standard: $15.0M, 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Davis Bacon Act is applicable and the wage decision is attached. All materials must be in compliance with the Buy American Act. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. Pursuant to 40 U.S.C. 3132, construction contracts greater than $35,000, but not greater than $150,000 will require Payment Protection.
