Description 

OJITO PARKING LOTS SPECIAL NOTICE: NOT A SOLICITATION. The U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Albuquerque District Office (ADO) intends to award this procurement to an 8(a) company named Rymarc Construction, Inc. 1020 Quail Road, Santa Rosa, NM 88435. The ADO requires the construction of two new parking lots located along Cabezon Rd, West of San Isidro, NM. Rymarc Construction, Inc require clearing and grubbing, grading, base course aggregate surfacing, pipe and cable fencing (including concrete for setting pipe bollards), traffic signs, culverts and concrete parking stop installation. The parking lot site is located on undeveloped BLM lands in the northwestern part of New Mexico near San Isidro. The 1/4 acre (approximate) sites are adjacent to Cabezon Rd. The sites, " Seismosaurus Trail Lot", and "Hoodo Lot" are located on the South side of Cabezon Rd, approximately 10 miles and 11 miles respectively south of US 550. This is a non-competitive procurement and shall be awarded to Rymarc Construction, Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, a size standard of 36.50.
