The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make an appropriate acquisition decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. The BLM National Operations Center (NOC) acquisition group is anticipating the award of a single award contract to provide the required flame resistant clothing (FRC) rental program and laundering services identified in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) document. This sources sought synopsis will be used to determine if there is adequate competition to issue a follow-on solicitation with a total or partial set-aside.
