National Land Level Change Program. This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Order to CG/LA (Consulting Group/Latin America) Infrastructure, Inc. The requirement is for research within the infrastructure community to establish a stakeholder network for the National Land-Level Change (NLLC) program. To the knowledge of the USGS, CG/LA Infrastructure, Inc. is the only source capable of meeting all the described requirements below. The Contractor shall define and enhance a stakeholder network strategy to gauge potential support and contributions to the NLLC. Additionally, conduct in-person meetings with 20 or more NLLC stakeholders to secure support for future NLLC goals. Present at the 13th Global Strategic Infrastructure Leadership Forum, March 2020 in Washington, DC, to announce new partners and participation in the NLLC Stakeholder Network. This requisition is subject to the availability of funds. The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible parties may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. Responses are due no later than 01/21/2020 1300 EST.
